Shipping policy

Worapol CHOMWIHOK operates jenoutfits.shop from 41 Grove Ave, Narwee NSW 2209, Australia. This policy applies to every order placed through the store.

Everything we sell is frozen and is packed to stay frozen in transit. Orders are dispatched from Narwee, New South Wales.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after midday on Friday, or on a public holiday, start processing on the next business day. Narwee sits ten minutes from the M5, which is why parcels usually leave the same working day they are packed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Australia. Remote and regional addresses can take longer than the estimate; if we know a parcel is delayed we will tell you.

How we pack

Boxes are lined with an insulated liner and filled with gel ice in proportion to the weight of the order, then sealed and labelled with the dispatch date so you know how long it has been travelling.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking and the link is emailed when the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for more than three business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at the cost of the second shipment.

Shipping costs

The delivery charge is calculated from the size of the order and the destination, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
